港．我家共融協會積極協助非華裔人士就業。我們主動向有需要的求助者及家庭伸出援手，提供就業輔導與支援，同時提供「職位轉介服務」，促進社區多元就業。

共融文化活動
港．我家共融協會定期籌辦多元化的文化活動，推動深度跨文化交流。
本會節目涵蓋各國傳統節慶體驗，包括聖誕節、農曆新年及排燈節（Diwali）等。我們期望藉由這些活動，促進不同族裔之間的溝通與理解，共同尊重並欣賞少數族裔與在地社區的文化精髓及傳統信仰。
