「港．我家共融協會」於 2025 年在香港成立，旨在透過語言學習及跨文化活動，凝聚一個充滿關愛與溫暖的社區。我們希望香港的鄰舍不分種族、年齡與性別，緊密相連，共建同行。
Mission
港．我家共融協會致力透過語言學習及跨文化交流項目，賦能少數族裔、婦女、青年以及低收入家庭。我們期望藉由教育與經驗分享，培育個人自信、加強社區凝聚力，並推動大家積極參與香港社會。
Vision
我們冀盼建立一個團結共融的香港——在此，多元文化備受尊重與慶祝，社區共同繁榮發展；無論背景如何，每個人都有機會生活得尊嚴有度、貢獻所長，並真切感受到「此心安處是吾家」。

Executive Director
Allison Cheung
Allison was born and raised in Hong Kong and has taught Cantonese for almost a decade, both at a local non-profit and privately. In her classes she has seen the same change happen again and again: a learner who once stayed silent begins chatting with a neighbour, speaking up at a parents’ meeting, or holding their own at work. Language, she found, is the door to belonging. She founded Our Home Kong to open that door for more people — not only in the classroom, but across the community.
Communications & Programme Officer
Tessarinda Joana
Tessa, originally from Indonesia, has made Hong Kong her home. She brings a background in digital marketing and content creation, along with hands-on experience delivering two government-funded technology programmes — from documentation and stakeholder meetings to final reporting. She has built connections with ethnic minority communities in Hong Kong. At Our Home Kong, Tessa tells the stories of the people we serve and makes sure every programme is well documented and shared.
